We are looking for a dedicated Female Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to join our team. Your role will involve confirming orders, verifying addresses, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:
- Confirming COD orders with customers via phone.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Handling customer objections to finalize orders.
- Updating and managing customer information.
- Maintaining order records and basic Excel spreadsheets.
