Job Description
Techsurge Pvt. Ltd. invites you to apply for the position of Associate within our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will manage the processing activities in the Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM), ensuring all tasks comply with our policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing account opening forms, verifying customer requests, and efficiently activating accounts. Aiming for a high accuracy rate of 99% in processing transactions is essential.
We are looking for candidates with up to 1 year of experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of online banking products.
