Job Description
We are a BPO Call Center seeking a dedicated Performance Manager – HR to join our team and support our business expansion. This is a night shift position aligned with our US-based clients and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience managing HR responsibilities within a BPO or Software House and possess excellent English communication skills.
A positive social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, is a requirement. Key responsibilities include recruitment, developing and implementing company policies, and managing payroll.
