Job Description
Texitech is currently seeking a committed Customer Support Representative to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and prompt information is provided.
- Effectively resolving customer complaints while consistently maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Staying informed about our products to offer insightful support and guidance to customers.
Qualifications: Inter/B.A./B.COM
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience is required.
