Job Description
Active Solutions is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to outline job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and arrange further assessments.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Generate HR reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR; 1.5–3 years of HR experience. Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 9 PM). Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 14. Salary: Rs. 50,00.00 – Rs. 80,00.00 per month.
