Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a qualified Assistant Project Manager to oversee our civil projects. In this pivotal role, you will supervise construction and maintenance efforts on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards at every stage. Your responsibilities will include managing both construction and post-construction challenges, executing work in line with design specifications and contracts, and efficiently managing budgetary and scheduling constraints.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of substantial experience in building construction. Proficiency in MS Office is required, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings effectively.
