Job Description
The Diabetes Centre Islamabad, situated in Bharakahu, is in search of a dedicated Front Desk Officer. Key responsibilities include registering patients, scheduling appointments, managing cash transactions, and handling incoming calls. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, proficiency in cash handling, and experience with patient management systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management is required, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in diabetes care. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and a provident fund.
