Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and monitor various forms of diabetes.
- Create individualized, patient-focused management plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on effective self-management strategies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in research initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBBS / MCPS / MRCGP and Diploma in Diabetes.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in diabetes management.
