Job Description
The Flash Review is seeking a confident and personable Relationship Assistant. In this vital role, you will engage with clients, promptly address their inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, or chat
- Field questions and manage complaints effectively
- Provide detailed information regarding our services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
