Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a results-oriented Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, follow up with inactive leads, and effectively convert inquiries into sales. This position is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and upholding a positive brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote our products while providing detailed information on pricing and availability.
- Generate new leads through cold calling.
- Prepare precise quotations and invoices.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential; prior outbound sales experience preferred; proficiency with CRM tools is a plus.
