Job Description
We at The-Hiring are currently in search of a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to join our senior management team. The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage schedules and travel arrangements
- Professionally handle correspondence and phone calls
- Prepare reports and documents for meetings
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintain an orderly filing system
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have a strong command of both English and Urdu, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (to be discussed)
Compensation: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month
