Job Description
About the Role: We are in search of a results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to oversee our sales operations in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field teams, driving revenue growth, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and motivate Field Sales Officers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share.
- Manage and strengthen distributor networks.
- Analyze and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
