Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Manager at The-Hiring. We are seeking a results-driven Lead Manager to promote and sell HD Putty directly to end consumers, including homeowners, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts.
Key Qualifications:
- BA/B.COM with 2 years of sales experience in the paint or construction industry.
- Lead generation experience in painter and contractor networks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams.
Salary: Rs 65,00 – 70,00 per month, plus benefits.
