Job Description
The Hive is on the lookout for a passionate Community Officer to enhance our team. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting and checking them in with warmth and professionalism. Your duties will include scheduling facility tours, managing walk-ins, and ensuring that potential clients receive comprehensive information about our services.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, and preparing engaging presentations for guests. Ideal candidates should possess proven experience in a concierge role, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach. Multilingual proficiency and a degree in hotel management are preferred qualifications.
