Job Description
The Skin Xperts is actively searching for a talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, hold an intermediate or graduate degree, and be fluent in Urdu, with a working knowledge of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via WhatsApp to address inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer issues.
- Confirm orders and provide timely status updates.
- Drive sales initiatives and promote our products.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Languages: Fluent in Urdu; English proficiency at a mid-level.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
