Job Description
The Skin Xperts is looking for a committed individual to fill the Customer Services position. The primary responsibilities include managing content posts and responding to comments across various e-commerce platforms. Additionally, you will create and implement marketing strategies to engage a wider audience and boost sales.
Your key duties will involve order tracking, reporting, and providing chat support on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Daraz, and TikTok.
This is a full-time, office-based role from 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Saturday) located in Gulistan e Jauhar, Karachi, BLOCK 16 A. The basic salary is Rs 25,00 (fixed) plus sales commission, with total monthly earnings ranging from Rs 25,00 to Rs 40,00.

Requirements
