We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR team. This position involves managing payroll, tracking attendance, addressing employee grievances, and overseeing performance management processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Manage attendance systems and resolve employee grievances.
- Assist in the performance management process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems.
