Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our team at The Visamtion Private Limited as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via Chat, Email, and Social Media, ensuring that accurate information is provided. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to understand and effectively address customer needs and complaints.
Location: PIA Road, Lahore
Evening Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM (6 days a week)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Please note that candidates with O Level/A Level qualifications are preferred.
