Job Description

TheodoresTravel is seeking an experienced Influencer Outreach Specialist – TikTok Shop to cultivate and manage relationships with TikTok creators. This full-time, in-person role requires proactively identifying and contacting potential creators, clearly presenting our affiliate program, monitoring creator onboarding and performance, and maintaining consistent, professional communication to foster long-term partnerships.

• Responsibilities: creator sourcing, outreach, program explanation, onboarding tracking, performance reporting, and relationship management.
• Qualifications: strong written and verbal communication, solid social media knowledge, proven experience managing creator relationships, and a results-driven mindset.
• Compensation: Rs50,00.00–Rs100,00.00 per month. Location: TheodoresTravel offices.
