Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless office operations by providing essential administrative support, coordinating activities, managing correspondence, and executing clerical tasks. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word are required, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including mailing and document duplication.
- Promptly follow up with clients to address their inquiries.
- Prepare and manage official documents and reports.
- Assist in planning and executing meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
