Job Description

Think Higher Consultants is actively searching for a motivated Customer Relation Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide critical administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and performing various clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties such as mailing, scanning, and document duplication.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication.
• Prepare and organize official documents using MS Word.
• Assist in the planning and execution of office activities and events.
• Communicate with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills are required.
