Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is on the lookout for a committed Customer Service Representative to be a vital part of our team. Your main duties will involve managing incoming calls, fostering strong customer relationships, and effectively resolving complaints. Additionally, you will maintain customer records and adhere to company policies.
Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in customer service, demonstrate fluency in English, and have a proven track record in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous, while prior experience in the Visa industry is a plus.
