Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with drafting and posting job openings across various platforms, and promoting these opportunities through effective recruitment campaigns. Additionally, you will review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Key responsibilities include conducting phone and video screenings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview questions. You will also assist in conducting assessments, gathering feedback from interviewers, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment metrics.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month, requiring in-person attendance.
