Job Description
Tibbi Pvt LTD, located in Garden Town, is actively seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to oversee our recruitment process and ensure we attract top talent. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures, maintaining employee databases and records, assisting with payroll and attendance tracking, facilitating employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge along with excellent communication skills.
