Job Description

TJ Global Services is currently seeking a dedicated Admin and HR Manager for an international client. This is a full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM Pakistan time.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken English (British or American accent preferred)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Master’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of international experience in Admin/HR

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily employee recruitment
  • Conduct interviews and complete necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams
  • Screen and vet candidates effectively
  • Maintain accurate training records and assess training needs
  • Report on HR activities to management

Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
