Job Description
TMG Ventures is actively seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring project timelines, and maintaining quality control while effectively managing vendor relationships. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving on-site issues and conflicts efficiently.
You will oversee critical site operations, including framing, insulation, drywall installation, flooring, and roofing, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Additionally, you will document site plans and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
