Job Description
Topaz Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Human Resources and Administration Manager to collaborate closely with our CEO and COO on strategic HR planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and training processes, developing job descriptions, and addressing employee relations matters. Furthermore, this role includes coordinating payroll with the Finance Manager, maintaining precise HR data, and managing administrative functions to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
The ideal candidate will enhance employee engagement, oversee compensation and benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time in-person position, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
