Job Summary: TopSpot Media is seeking a Video Production Manager to oversee daily pre-production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective resource management while leading strategic planning initiatives. This role involves team leadership and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage operations to achieve quality goals, develop production schedules, track performance metrics, ensure policy compliance, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in production operations. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
