Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is looking for a dynamic and confident Call Center Representative with a passion for sales and recruitment. This role involves engaging potential Loan Officers, conducting interviews, and bolstering our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to prospective candidates.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of our organization.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills are essential; call center experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer knowledge is required.
