Job Description
Touchstone Communications is seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Officer to deliver timely, professional technical support to staff. The role involves managing support tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and performing installations and configurations to maintain system reliability.
- Manage the IT support queue, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate escalations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in Windows environments
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office and related applications
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT and at least one year of IT support experience. Full-time position; compensation Rs55,00 per month. Night shift availability is required.
