Job Description
Trillium Information Security Systems is seeking a dedicated Calling Representative to join our team. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism while engaging with clients and addressing their inquiries effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include following up on leads, maintaining call logs, assisting with appointment scheduling, and sharing basic information regarding our services and products. Maintaining a courteous and professional tone in all interactions is crucial.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, and we welcome applicants ranging from recent graduates to those with up to one year of experience in customer service or telemarketing. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
