Job Description
At Truck It In, we’re transforming the $25 billion road freight industry in Pakistan with our innovative Uber-for-freight model. We are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join our Fulfillment team and enhance logistics and operations for over 1 million freight operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships within the freight market.
- Plan and oversee logistics and customer service operations.
- Nurture relationships with drivers and transporters.
- Address complaints and assess dispatch performance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of logistics experience, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills, are required.
