Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics to enhance ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and refine paid advertising campaigns.
- Design captivating ad creatives and compelling copy.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies.
- Monitor metrics and identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok advertising.
- Strong understanding of essential marketing metrics.
- Creative thinker with a focus on testing and improvement.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or the fashion industry is a plus.
