Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to handle high‑volume inbound channels including phone, email, web chat, and social media. You will identify customer needs, diagnose and resolve issues, offer timely solutions or alternatives, maintain accurate CRM records, and leverage product knowledge to pursue appropriate cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. Escalate complex matters to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements: proven customer support experience; excellent verbal and written communication; strong active listening, problem‑solving, time management, and multitasking skills; proficiency with CRM and basic office software; a positive, empathetic attitude; minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
