Job Description
UNNF Logistics (Private) Limited is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Accounts Executive to play a crucial role in overseeing specialized accounting tasks vital for the maintenance of the organization’s general ledger. This position reports directly to the Accounts Manager and involves assisting with the precise recording of revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with banks for routine inquiries
- Preparing the company’s Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Managing the preparation, payments, and reconciliations of invoices
- Assisting with tax returns and compliance duties
- Coordinating with external auditors
- Handling petty cash and ensuring timely payments
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Rs45,00.00 per month
