Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Junior Upwork Bidder to identify relevant Upwork projects, craft tailored proposals, and support client engagement to secure new business. The role requires excellent written English, prompt client communication, and coordination with internal teams to prepare accurate estimates.
- Source and prioritize suitable Upwork leads
- Write persuasive, error-free proposals and submit timely
- Respond professionally to client inquiries and arrange meetings
- Maintain bid records, CRM entries, and report performance
- Learn Upwork best practices and improve bidding success
Qualifications: strong English, basic freelancing platform knowledge, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets. 0–1 year experience; freshers welcome.
