Job Description
We are seeking a talented Electrical Designer to join our team in the Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore, on Main Ferozpur Road. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of the Architecture Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop electrical designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Create electrical design plans utilizing Revit and AutoCAD, including single line diagrams and schematics.
- Coordinate effectively with various design disciplines.
- Prepare job-specific discipline specifications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate electrical systems and materials.
- Participate in project coordination meetings with team members and external consultants.
- Engage in value engineering and basic cost estimating.
