Job Description
IMMEDIATE HIRE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer queries via phone or live chat.
- Answer customer chats and process orders promptly.
- Troubleshoot issues with customer orders and accounts.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide necessary data or reports to the sales team.
- Identify sales trends and generate new leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience selling jewelry.
