Job Description
UTS Travels is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to manage corporate and B2B flight, hotel, visa, and holiday bookings. You will deliver prompt, accurate fare quotes; liaise with airlines, suppliers, and GDS partners (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo a plus); and handle changes, refunds, reissues, and after-sales service. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ travel agency or GDS experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
