Job Description
Vantage Technologies is on the lookout for a highly skilled and professional Medical Customer Service Representative for an esteemed medical project based in the UK. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and demonstrate outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage and accurately respond to calls
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions thoroughly
- Follow company protocols diligently
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in UK-based customer support preferred
- Fluent English with a British accent required
- Exceptional communication abilities
The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT). The salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
