Job Description
Vantage Technologies is seeking a highly professional and experienced Customer Support Representative to manage both inbound and outbound calls for a UK-based medical project. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include handling calls with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting all interactions. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within UK-based customer support. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT), with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
