Job Description

VapeMall is seeking a results-oriented General Manager to oversee all branch operations. This key role involves managing sales teams, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. You will be responsible for driving performance, managing inventory, and maintaining branch standards.

Responsibilities: Your primary tasks will include overseeing daily operations, managing branch staff, setting and achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional service quality, conducting branch evaluations, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, enhancing the customer experience, coordinating marketing initiatives, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management. Strong leadership and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
