Job Description

VapeMall is on the lookout for a dedicated female Customer Service Representative to manage churn on a contract basis. This remote role is crucial for enhancing customer retention by re-engaging clients who have stopped shopping or unsubscribed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to inactive customers to identify their reasons for disengagement.
• Gather feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain daily reports and efficiently track follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills in both Urdu and English.
• Previous experience in customer service or retention roles is advantageous.

Compensation: Monthly salary of PKR 30,00 – 35,00, along with commission incentives.
