Job Description
Veclar Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to ensure customers realize value from our products and services. You will oversee client onboarding, deliver ongoing support, and maintain strong relationships to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and user training
- Provide timely support and effective issue resolution
- Monitor customer health and drive retention efforts
