Job Description
Location: Karachi & Islamabad
Venus Group is on the lookout for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in FMCG sales, alongside proven team leadership skills and a strong record of driving revenue growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include formulating effective sales strategies, managing a regional sales team, identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and ensuring cohesive operations with the marketing and finance departments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred), 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales management, and exceptional leadership abilities.
