Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead to manage daily ice cream production, including mix preparation, pasteurization, homogenization, freezing, and packaging. The role ensures product taste and texture while upholding HACCP and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities: manage production efficiency, raw materials, waste control, and batch records; supervise and schedule staff; and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Hands-on operation and basic troubleshooting of processing machinery are required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Food/Dairy Technology or Food Science preferred, with at least five years’ experience in ice cream or dairy production and strong leadership and quality-control skills. Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs80,00–Rs120,00/month.
