Job Description
We are actively seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced fast food industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving efficiencies and optimizing procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen and fast food purchases in accordance with established SOPs.
- Procure groceries, perishables, packaging, and essential kitchen supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Develop and implement effective cost-reduction strategies.
- Ensure alignment between inventory levels in SAP and physical counts.
- Identify and source new vendors to enhance pricing and quality.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in the fast food sector. Proficiency with SAP and exceptional negotiation skills are essential. Salary range: $100,00 – $130,00, plus potential benefits.
