Job Description
Viper Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide daily troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, networks, and office equipment at customer sites and company offices. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues via phone, email, or chat; managing service tickets; escalating complex problems; and contributing to the knowledge base. The role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills, along with solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software. The position may require travel between offices or residency at a single location. One year of related experience is preferred. Work hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday until 2:00 PM. Employment type: Full-time or Internship. On-site work required.
