Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (on-site)
Office Hours: 5 PM to 1 AM
Voltic Inc. is in search of a motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate communications effectively.
- Prepare reports and assist in project tracking to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
