Job Description
Vormand (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Officer for our USA-based campaign. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in our business expansion by keeping abreast of industry trends, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in chat support, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. This role requires you to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
